Over the course of the show there will be up to 30 contestants going in and out of the villa. Normally the series lasts around 6-8 weeks so they have plenty of time to mix things up. ITV need to keep it interesting so they will change the dynamics to keep viewings and ratings as high as possible.

Presenting the show is Maya Jama and Iain Stirling. Maya Jama is the face of the show and turns up at the villa for the crucial dumping’s and arrivals. Iain is the commentator who spills out line after line to have us laughing at the expense of islanders.

It’s not long to go until the first islanders enter the villa and then we can sit back and wait for the drama, the arguments, the funny moments, the crazy new words they will come up with and ultimately see who wins the £50,000.
